Our Tracing Department assists in locating individuals from absconders to missing persons throughout the United Kingdom. Our network of contacts & databases enable us to offer a comprehensive tracing facility further a field including the rest of Europe, America and Canada.
Our trace enquiries are on a NO TRACE NO FEE basis. Of course if there are exceptional circumstances then before we do any additional work we will of course seek your authorisation prior to this, thus enabling yourself to remain in control of your budget.
In case of Law Firms and other commercial organisations our terms and conditions will prevail with regards to invoicing.
Private Clients will be asked to make payment in advance and in the event of a NO TRACE your fee will be reimbursed without question, less a 10% handling fee.
Our turnaround time is much more impressive than other firms. We do not put our enquiries into different categories and charge extra if the client wishes for a speedy result. All our enquiries are dealt with as a matter of urgency and we have produced positive results within 24 hours of instructions being received. However we allow a maximum of seven working days which allows us to provide results even when there are weekends and Bank Holidays to contend with.
