A vital part of the court process. Done properly it can save both you and your firm, time and money in resources, reason enough we feel to instruct us, but there’s more.
It is difficult to compare two firms when they are in the service industry and quite naturally it is the assumption that the cheaper firm will be the most cost effective.
It is only when one take into consideration the cost of adjourned hearings for unsuccessful serves or service not having taken place within the time limits, the time taken to take those calls from clients who are only too keen to know whether they have the protection of the court or if those divorce papers have been served on the ex partners, that you are able to evaluate the true cost.
Our wealth of experience comes from having successfully served over 10,000 legal documents over the years, through the length and breadth of the country. It is because of this that we are confident in the service that we offer.
Ultimately your client will view your process servers’ results as your results and quite often your process server can become the face of your firm when dealing with those difficult cases.
We let the results speak for themselves, all our process serving is done in house thus consistently ensuring you the highest standards.Serving Writs, Summons, Subpoenas, Divorce papers, Non-Molestation Orders, Injunctions, Children’s Act, Residency Orders, Prohibited Steps Orders, Statutory Demand’s, Bankruptcy or Winding up Petition’s, Claim Form’sor indeed any other court documents to defendants and respondents alike.
We guarantee that all instructions received by our offices are dealt with, with immediate effect and in accordance with all relevant rules and regulations and within stipulated time limits.
We don’t just work between 9.00 & 5.00 p.m. Much of our work is done out of office hours. You may find, as have many of our existing clients have that you instruct us late afternoon and the papers have been served before your offices open for business the next day.
We will contact you once service has been affected or inform you of any difficulties encountered, should this be the case.
Once service has been affected we will prepare an appropriate Certificate, Statement or Affidavit, which ever is relevant.
We accept instructions by post, fax or e mail. It is recommended that originals are served where possible but have over the years served fax copies where time is of the essence.
